By addressing issues of loss, sadness, abandonment and loneliness you will confront the very issues of your soul. The loss rune asks you to review those times and feelings in your life that have brought you a sense of loss and vulnerability. It is also asking you to review the events that have brought you feelings of warmth, nurturing and caring.  Make an actual list if need be.  Ophelia is a rune of power for rebuilding in one’s life cycle. Recognize the losses in your life, acknowledging that they are horrific experiences, and embrace the chance to heal.
